ks8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the ks8 website at https://ks8.im and all associated mobile, web, and downloadable applications and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access and use the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a game, sports event, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

To register and maintain an Account with ks8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from ks8 or any affiliated platform.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any detail changes.
• You hold only one Account with ks8. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under all circumstances.

ks8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

• You must notify ks8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• ks8 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• ks8 staff will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. Any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must not allow any third party, including family members, to use your Account or place wagers on your behalf.

ks8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. All of the following conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard.
• All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name and match the name on your ks8 Account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ks8 may request supporting documents — including a copy of your national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo ID — before processing withdrawals.
• ks8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of verification checks, investigation of suspected fraud, or resolution of disputed transactions.
• ks8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ks8 bears no responsibility.
• Chargeback attempts, fraudulent payment disputes, or attempts to reverse legitimate transactions will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

ks8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and bet types as specified per promotion. Sports betting minimum odds restrictions may apply.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• ks8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have bonuses and related winnings forfeited without notice.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, or IP address is permitted.

All games and betting markets available on the Platform are governed by their individual rules as published by the respective Game Provider or ks8 sports trading team. The following general conditions apply:

• ks8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed at odds that were incorrectly published due to a technical error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the Platform's recorded transaction log shall be treated as the definitive reference.
• Any suspected attempt to exploit a game error, connectivity issue, or pricing anomaly must be reported immediately. Winnings derived from known or suspected errors are not valid and will be voided.
• ks8 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game or market. Scheduled maintenance or technical outages may temporarily remove access to certain services.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ks8 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any activity that undermines the integrity of games or sports markets.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conduct any illegal financial transaction.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ks8 staff, other players, or support agents.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ks8 support. Remaining real-money balances (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ks8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit balances, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment instruction from the player's payment provider.
• Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement authority, or court of competent jurisdiction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ks8 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ks8's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party websites or services linked to or integrated with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by ks8's negligence.

ks8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to ks8's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• ks8 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Personal data may be shared with Game Providers, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to applicable legal obligations that may require ks8 to retain certain records.

All content on the ks8 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game assets, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ks8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without ks8's prior written consent.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the ks8 Platform, you must follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to ks8 via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. ks8 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 10 business days, you may request escalation to ks8's senior customer relations team by clearly stating this in your communication.
• Step 3 — Resolution: ks8 will endeavour to resolve all escalated complaints within a further 20 business days. ks8's decision on disputes concerning game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ks8 operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits ks8's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ks8 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
